Chem-Trak Jr is an advanced yet simple chemical dispensing system designed to service up to four washers with capacities up to 250 lbs (114 kg). Washers are accurately and automatically dosed with up to eight chemicals through a single chemical and water flush line at flow rates up to 36 oz/min (1065 mL/min). A central microprocessor control receives each chemical request from the washers and reliably manages the specific chemical volume delivered to the load. Smaller laundry facilities can now realize the same benefits of many large plants including:

Chem-Trak Jr. with Electric Diaphragm Pumps (EDP) is an advanced chemical dispensing system designed to service up to four washers with capacities of over 450 lbs. (200 kg.). With the additions of the EDP pumps, the Chem-Trak Jr. is geared with a chemically aggressive, powerful, and consistent pump; with less maintenance and service costs. The Chem-Trak Jr. with EDP is the system for the laundry facilities who want reduced scheduled services, no matter the volume or chemical aggressiveness.

• The Chem-Trak Jr. now offers the choice of Electric Diaphragm Pumps (55 oz/min, 192/min, 409 oz/min) or Peristaltic Pumps (10 oz/min, 23 oz/min, 36 oz/min)
• Increased washer capacity of over 450 lbs (204 kg.) with EDP pumps
• EDP pumps are engineered for aggressive chemical, high duty cycle applications
• High speed injection with improved accuracy and consistency of chemical dosing
• Less service and maintenance is required with the EDP pumps because there are less moving parts and not tubes that need to be replaced
