KNIGHT Return Authorization (KRA) form

Your product return will not be accepted without a KRA number clearly marked on the outside of the carton. If providing packing slip, please have packing slip on outside of the carton. Once the KRA Request form has been filled out, a KRA number will be sent to you prior to your return shipment, The KRA number is ONLY valid for 30 days from the date issued.
